Sales & Marketing

      RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

      THE CANDIDATES MUST POSSES:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years sales experience in the area of IT Services (LAN, WAN, VPN, Security...) with a successful and verifiable track record of generating B2B sales above set quota levels.

  • Gear/equipment experience (PC's networking)

  • Strong prospecting skills

  • Exceptional organization, communication, presentation, written, organization and negotiation skills

  • Some systems integration experience and be technically astute

  • Experience with strategic and solution selling; the ability to handle complex sales projects; and the ability to maintain high-level local business relationships.

  • Experience with extensive cold (60+ a day) calling and lead generation.

Engineering

Network Engineer

Job Type: Full Time

Years Experience: 3-5 years

Skill Set: We are seeking a network engineer to design and implement LAN/WAN technologies who is skilled in Windows 9x/2000 and Sun/Solaris O/S. She/he should possess knowledge of ATM, Frame Relay, and switches/routers. CISCO certification is a plus. Candidates are expected to have at least a two-year degree and one year of applied experience. The position may involve travel up to 25% of the year.

Software Engineer

Skill Set: Candidate must have experience in developing an enterprise level application. Complete knowledge and experience is required in at least one programming discipline. Knowledge of database, email, operating systems and internet based applications is expected. Ability to manage multiple facets of an engagement as it relates to client expectations. Job Description:  Creating and maintaining application level code and systems. Assisting in the Class structures design, application level design, database design and system integration. Responsible for defining, deciding and documenting the company's development methodology, writing white papers on best practices in the field of expertise, evaluating and preparing case studies and providing inputs in the selection of proper technology and tools in different scenarios. Frequently consults with client to provide effective and efficient business application solutions and performs all necessary project related tasks such as gathering and analyzing requirements, laying out suitable application architecture, leading the team of individuals in the design, development and implementation process.

Skill Set:  At least one of the following is required: a Bachelors level degree in computer science or electrical engineering, high school diploma plus 5 or more years practical experience designing and supporting LANs and WANs, or high school diploma plus 4 years high level experience with a key industry certification. Requires a proficiency in theoretical and practical application of networking technology, analysis, programming, and software engineering. Excellent communication skills. Must possess the ability to engage in detailed discussions about problems, expectations, deliverables and conflicts with client end users as well as client management personnel. Ability to perform calculations in the analysis and troubleshooting and configuring equipment as per equipment manufacturers' specifications. Also requires basic business math skills to create spreadsheets, create project plans and perform profitability analysis of projects. Must be capable of analyzing problems sufficiently to overcome obstacles and provide solutions. Must have strong analytical troubleshooting skills as well as the ability to design and thoroughly plan technical and logistical components of computer networking systems.

 

Job Description: Consults with client to provide network installation, administration and troubleshooting services. Prepares and proposes business and technical analysis to various levels of management at the client. Provides core technology expertise in at least 2 core technologies such as Cisco routers, CNE, CCNA, MCSE, WAN circuits, Unix, Bay networks, ATM switches, Fast Ethernet, etc. Works independently on an unsupervised basis in setting priorities and objectives based on client expectations. Analyses data to advise on or recommend solutions by performing the following duties: Creates desktop standards and conducts troubleshooting analyses to ascertain problems; Conducts all phases of information technology projects such as operating system research, new technology research, state-of-the-art network implementation, etc.; Configures and deploys networking equipment including infrastructure hardware and software, network management tools, routers, switches, hubs, file servers, network operating systems, e-mail systems, group-ware applications, desktop PCs and laptops, etc.; Confers with clients and applies system analysis techniques and procedures to determine hardware, software, or systems functional specifications; Verifies that configuration and applications work according to design; Installs, documents, tests, and creates or modifies computer operating systems; Analyzes data to determine solutions such as installation of alternate methods and procedures, changes in processing methods and practices, or modification of PCs or other network equipment; Advises clients on alternate methods of solving needs or problems, or recommends specific solutions. Solutions may require business modeling or analysis and may include cost structures and justification processes. No direct report responsibilities, however, in the course of business, may act as project manager or technical lead which requires directing the plans and activities of others assigned to the project. May provide technical leadership and coaching to 10-12 Engineers, and provide training and personal development to deliver the methodology of the practice.
